Next we have a free throw drill called Penalty Free Throws and while it may not seem important, free throws can change the outcome of a game and you don’t want to be the one who misses free points during a game. For this drill every make is +1 and every miss is -1, you should have a certain amount in your head that you need to get to. For example getting to 10 before -1, just find whichever range suits you and try to improve on it. I would recommend adding a penalty if you don’t hit your number like pushups, sprints or something of that nature to really put game-like pressure on yourself.
