The following couple drills on this page may be a little more common however this doesn’t make them any less effective. For this one start with a one dribble pull-up and run to wherever the ball goes after the shot then use one or two dribbles out of a triple threat to shoot another pull up. NEVER do the same move twice in a row so that you are shooting a different shot from a different spot every single time. Go until you make a certain amount of shots and as always go as hard as you can, pull-ups aren’t easy but if you have them in your game they are one of the most difficult things to stop.
