The next drill in the shooting section is Sideline to Sideline Shooting. This drill is a lot like how it sounds in the sense that you are sprinting from baseline to baseline then getting to your spot, shooting the ball. You can mix this drill with others in the amount of shots you have to make, like the drill above. This drill will help tremendously in teaching how to shoot while you’re tired. If you don’t have a partner to pass you the ball after your sprints simply dribble the ball while you’re sprinting without sacrificing too much speed. Make sure you rest a bit during this drill but not excessively so you still improve on shooting when you’re tired.
