Next is Net Touches and all you’re going to do for this is jump off two feet and fully extend the ball out (touching the net if you can), and adjust to finish after fully extending your arms out with the ball. Doing this drill will help you make acrobatic finishes at the rim and is similar to just going up and under in mid air except you’re really emphasizing extending the ball out and then bringing it back in to finish. If you can, add a partner and have them jump at you so you can learn to adjust in mid air. Same as every other drill make sure you’re working on BOTH hands.
