This drill is pretty simple to do, however, that doesn’t mean it’s easy. All you are going to do is jump from the free throw line or if hats too far maybe a little further in and finish off the glass. This is going to teach you to be crafty in the air and as all drills in here, improve your touch off the glass. Make sure that one, you are doing a slightly different finish each time, two that you are jumping off two feet, and finally that you are using working on both left and right.
