The place for all things basketball

You’ve probably all done this drill before and you probably don’t like it but it’s a simple starting spot to just work on speed and sliding. All you’re going to do is sprint forward for a bit then defensive slide one way or another, then backpedal so that you’re parallel to where you started, finally shuffling back to where you started. It should create a square shape and it’s a good warmup drill before a workout. As always go 100 percent.
