Tennis ball dribbling can be more of a beginner drill but if you do it right it can definitely help you improve. For this drill you’re gonna want to use any wall you have and simply throw the ball off the wall while dribbling with your off hand. This is just a warmup and once your comfortable doing that start incorporating a tennis ball into your stationary ball handling, you can do a plethora of moves while throwing a tennis ball ranging from regular crossovers and behind the backs, to combinations of different moves where you have to toss up the tennis ball multiple times. Think of a move you want to sharpen and toss a tennis ball while doing it, this will make doing it with two free hands that much simpler.
