The name Moving Floor Touches may not sound like a basketball drill but once its explained it is an amazing way to increase your agility and shiftiness with the ball, because again ball handling is useless without some sort of speed, agility, or ability to deception the defenders. For this drill you’re just going to do moves up and down the court but whenever the ball changes hands you’re going to touch the floor with the hand that just dribbled the ball. For example if you did a behind the back from your left to right hand, touch the floor with your left hand (same with between the legs and crossovers) this is going to help you learn how to play low and shift your weight quickly. Make sure you are walking up the court while doing this because this drill is not stationary.
