This drill isn’t game like but it’s going to help your handle on the ball immensely. Similar to the wrap arounds and between the legs you’re going to go full speed but with your same hand dribble the ball through your legs. Do this drill until it becomes comfortable and make sure you’re using both hands and dribbling the ball through the front of your legs (see ball manipulation page to understand better) and then from behind. This drill improves your ball control and your ability to manipulate the ball from the front of your body to the back.
