For this first drill you are going to work on your wrap around dribble, which is just a behind the back while you are moving and is a great move to use when a defender reaches. To start it off throw the ball out a bit in front of you, then run towards the ball and with one hand wrap it around your back (with one dribble) while it’s bouncing. After you wrap it around to one side dribble it right back around the other side of your back. This should be while running and you should continuously be wrapping it around your back without any extra dribbles. If this is too difficult take one dribble in between, remember its okay to make mistakes in order to improve.
