The next drill is very similar to the one featured in Ball Handling 1, except this time you will be running while continuously dribbling the ball through your legs. This drill is going to help you get a better feel for your between the legs dribble specifically in tight situations where your defender is trying to poke the ball from you. Similar to walking behind the backs if running while dribbling is too difficult you can do this drill walking forwards and backwards, but try and progress towards running.
