One of the biggest things while dribbling is having quick hands so that you can dribble the ball as quickly as possible. So do these chair tapping drills to have quicker hands. The first one you’re going to do is dribble the ball in one hand high while tapping a chair as fast as you can in the other hand. After that switch to crossovers, between the legs and behind the back dribbles, tapping the chair in between each dribble. This is going to force your hands to work quicker because instead of just putting your hand waiting for the dribble, you have another obstacle in between.
