Next is behind the back walks which are a bit easier then the drill above but are going to help you unlock moves in game where you have to go behind your back twice. All you’re going to do is dribble the ball behind your back while walking forwards, make sure you keep it behind your back while dribbling right to left hand and vice versa left to right. Once walking forward becomes too easy start doing this drill walking backwards, and if you have a hill or somewhere slanted to dribble on do it there as well.
