Ball handling is the easiest skill to work on in the game and getting better at it, especially if you’re a taller player is super important. Don’t get me wrong standstill dribbling is great but most of the drills in this segment are going to be working on dribbling while moving, because in a game you won’t be standing still. This does not mean that you shouldn’t do your stationary V-dribbles, behind the backs, or over the cone dribbles. It means that at some point those things become too easy for great ball handlers and the only way to get better is by increasing the difficulty of your workouts to match your skill level. You should make more mistakes in your training so that you turn the ball over less in a game
